Now that it’s getting a little bit warmer (best winter ever?), I have to show love to my song of the spring so far. Lyrics are back.
For some reason this isn’t on her new album? From a few weeks ago, but I keep coming back to it. What a beat.

This is a near perfect video. Criminal Gorillaz on the run, dusty old Camaros, a great song, massive guns, and the icing on the cake, Bruce Willis.
I say near-perfect because, if you look closely at Bruce Willis’s wardrobe at the end of the video, it turns out it’s actually not the Bruce Willis of action movie fame, but the always-wearing-brand-new-clothes, LA-based, has-young-girlfriend, actor Bruce Willis.
I know that tonight kicks off the Olympics, and inspirational stories aren’t hard to find, but the games haven’t started yet, and this is the best thing I’ve seen all week.

Shakira – Did It Again ft. Kid Cudi (Johnny & Gingy Remix) by Johnny Hockin
This won Benzi’s remix contest and was released on the motivation 3 mixtape.

Iron Man 2 – Trailer
If the sheer size and bombast of the first Iron Man wasn’t enough to get you excited about the sequel, this trailer should do the job. Most of us would have been fine with more Robert Downey Jr. quips and some explosions, but Director Jon Favreau and co. have obviously done all they can to upgrade the suit – adding Scarlett Johansson (in leather, no less) and fixing perhaps my only problem with the first movie – we now have a solid villain, and it’s Mickey Rourke.

Alice In Wonderland – Trailer
Lewis Carroll already conjured incredible images in my mind with his Alice In Wonderland books, but this year we’re going to see the incredible images he conjured in Tim Burton’s mind. And what a mind it is. The man who brought us Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Big Fish is taking an older Alice on a new journey, loosley adapted from the books. If the leaked photos are any indication, be prepared for a mind melter that blurs the line of reality.

Tron Legacy – Trailer
When the original Tron came out, it didn’t look like anything that had come before it. Now, computer effects and animation work seemlessly with actors in just about every movie. Judging from the teaser trailers and images we’ve seen, the sequel balances keeping the original Tron look (which still looks good by today’s standards) and taking on the problems of the original: slow pacing and weak action. Oh, and it’s in 3D with a score by Daft Punk.
